Wealth Management & Estate Planning

This program is designed for royalty owners wishing to preserve their assets for their children, heirs, and beneficiaries. The program provides a substantial overview of estate planning so mineral owners can acquire a basic understanding of the different tools used to protect and preserve their assets under federal and state law. Taxation of mineral assets and state property law are explored to ensure that participants are able to protect their assets from unnecessary taxation, claims from creditors, and litigation. The program is also open to licensed professionals who advise royalty owners, including estate planners, wealth managers, attorneys, CPA’s, consultants, and minerals managers.
